As title

I had the 'low battery' warning so have had both main and aux batteries renewed.

Car locks as usual but 3 or 4 seconds later there is a double beep and the doors unlock.

If a door is opened then the alarm goes off.

How do I access the settings?
O do I need to go to a garage and have it plugged in?

I think you may need to go to a Jaguar specialist and get them to tell the car that it's had new batteries. Having said that though, I recently changed my main battery (2013 Sportbrake), there were no obvious issues except loss of one touch window operation, which I restored by taking the windows through a cycle of down - up - down. I still got my local indy to plug it in and program the system. Cost zero and took about 10 minutes.

Its nothing to worry about and a well known issue . Sometimes it can be cured by simply driving the car for a day or two and it resets itself , others have changed the Battery with the Car still running and found they had no issues . For me its like our good friend says above . A trip to your local Indy a couple of minutes with his Scanner and £20 in his top pocket .

No idea about Jags but on many cars this means a door, boot, maybe even bonnet isn't considered shut. Have you tried opening and slamming them all, maybe to reset state rather than because they are really open?

If you look through the security section on the touchscreen the car should tell what last caused the alarm to trigger.
