Its always been one of my favourite Jaguars the Mk5 . From 1950 and you can already begin to see the styling flair that would characterise the following decade begin to take shape .The rear quarters as they flow into the roof will be immediately recognisable to many of you as being typical Jaguar . This morning I looked across the road to see my old friend Jim has been seduced by a new I Pace , we have had " the best of it " as the old grandfather used to say .;)

I like the mkv, I know someone that has a black and white one. He would probably know of this car too. My favourites otherwise are the mk9 and the XJ coupe but I’m probably biased about the last one.
