I have been seriously considering this Vantage from down in Brentwood . £20k to change over from the SVR and its been very tempting to get down there for a closer look . Points against are the clam shaped bonnet with MX5 lookalike headlights and for some possibly the Mercedes sourced engine . I dont think anyone would grumble about the rear view or the side profile and how good does it look in Black ? I have a couple of Commercial vehicles to renew and I am desperately trying to deal with the right priorities in the right order . This is England however and this is an Aston we are talking about albeit with a German engine .

No not me Im afraid . To be fair they did warn me that it was being viewed on Saturday but at that stage no deal had been done . Good luck to the new owner whoever he might be .

I started looking at them at the Aston Works showroom in Newport Pagnell . They were telling me that due to Mercedes dropping the V8 Aston were resuming building their own V8 units in St Athans
