I have a 2013 S and just got back from what was meant to be it's last road trip before I sell it -
wow I really enjoyed the car again so now thinking to keep it. Being an early model it always has faults and the electrics play up, latest problem is the passenger door doesn't open but being a convertible this wasn't a huge issue.
The V8 sounds amazing and being the last RWD makes me think it will be a future classic.
On the other hand values are strong now and that boxter GTS sure does have my attention...if the Jag was manual it would be a keeper forever. Has anyone else gone from a F type to a 718?

No I havent though the other half runs a new 911 so our Family comprises of the F type V8 R and the Porsche . To be fair I did consider another Porsche or alternatively an Aston but I have been a long term Jaguar Owner so thats what I went for . The Porsche is a fine machine which enjoys good residuals whereas the F Type is something else entirely . In Caldera Red with the Black Pack it turns heads everywhere far more than any Porsche , perhaps not so accomplished as the 911 but performance wise not much if anything in it . I tend to keep my cars so not too concerned about residuals , glad I bought the F type V8 R
