XF Sportbrake towbar question

Hi
I have a 2015 sportbrake and looking to fit a towbar that I can fit my flange mount bike rack.

Is the Sportbrake bar completely different to the Saloon bar?

I dont know anything about fitting Bikes but from memory its my belief that both Bars are the same
