Looking for comprehensive OBD software X350

Hi can anyone recommend, am seeking a comprehensive diagnostic software pack that amongst other things adjust and calibrate suspension settings, change radio regions, reflash etc and really something with far more features akin to what dealers use, happy to spend on this but want the right stuff
