Fault code P1260

My Jaguar was left for 3 months in a garage and the battery went flat. I took the battery out and got it charged up by the MDS Batteries in Enfield. I connected it back up and all the lights popped up as usual then turned the key and nothing.

I plugged in my ODBII reader and it came up with :

P1260 - Security input./Theft detected, vehicle immobilized./Theft detected - engine disabled.

I have looked on line and there are all sorts of solutions, mainly a locksmith or take it to a dealer, which is impossible as the car cannot be moved. Don't wish to spend money on it as I need to sell it as failed MOT but would like to be able to start the car and easier to sell.

I did see that one idea was a cold re boot to reset the system - Which I tried and same issue.

Also I do not have a spare key

Would appreciate anyone's help with this problem.
