Jaguar XF 2.7D 2008

1st time on any type of forum, it will be brilliant if any one can help

I've just recently purchased XF Jaguar 2.7D 146k, it started loosing water and oil seems to have mixed, I've found the oil cooler in between
the twin heads the seals have failed and underneath was full of water and oil.
Moving on I am trying to find the 2 oval seals that are on the housing or could i use any type of sealant.
