Thanks in advance for any help!
1.a lot of new cars are offering "switchable sport exhaust" and the f type is one of them. Does a car not fitted with it sound the same as it open/closed or is it a different sound? (in the sense of does it change the sound or it just adds the option to open and close valve) if it does just offer the option what does a car without it sound sporty or the silent. answers can be on any car brand or any f type engine model.

2.i did not find the 4 cylinder aftermarket exhausts clips and was curious if there is any idea about that there (preferably no cats or any other deletes)

The idea here is the v6s sound really really good even the 340ps one and the premiums for other cars seem too superficial to get for just a sound (which maybe can be just fixed with the exhaust valve option or aftermarket solutions)

side note: facelifted 2017 model + infotainment update + the apps option r these worth considering i am curious.

As a general guide, I'd say that an OEM passive sports exhaust will generally fall somewhere between the quiet and loud settings of an active (switchable) exhaust. The passive exhaust on my XK, for example, is just right, in my opinion; makes a good burble, but never drones.

You probably should consider, though, that much of the sweet sound you hear on the V6 is due to the 6-cylinder firing order, manifold, and all that jazz. A straight 4 will always sound like a straight 4, no matter how much you amplify what comes out the back.

I recently drive a 2.0 checkered flag F type coupe and have to say was very impressed
Sounded epic in stock form
Plenty quick enough and handling sublime
I would take one of these over a Cayman S every time
If i were in market F type then i reckonn thats where the sweet spot is in terms of every day useability and fun factor
