Visit to CMC

I’m getting some work done on my Mk 2 at CMC and had the opportunity of a tour of the business including the training centre where there apprentices receive part of their education.
It’s a great set-up and the skill set of the team there is brilliant, mechanical, body, paint and upholstery all in house.
Some of the metalwork I saw was truly excellent, and all handworked. It was also really nice to see how they apply the same level of skill and QA to all there work whether it’s multi, multi thousands of pounds of work or a far lower budget, they have a real passion
I’d advise anyone to see if they can get a tour it’ll bring a smile to your face.
