Electrical Fault

Can anyone help.

I have a Jaguar XJ 2007 2.7d and when I switch on the indicators O/S and N/S they work fine. But if I switch on my lights and put on the N/S indicator the O/S side light and indicator also flash on and off. But when the side lights are of the Hazard light also work fine all round.

any assistance would be grateful

This sort of thing is normally down to a bad earth somewhere so that would need investigating as a first step.

I have checked out the 2 off earth straps at each side at the back beside the light clusters but all ok ?

I agree about an Earth/groundproblem.
There is a ground stud by each headlight that is a known problem.
You'll have to remove the under bonnet cover over the radiator

Does anyone have a drawing showing the earthing positions within the X350 as described above.
