Boot struggling to open (Jaguar XE)

Only happened once by struggled to open the boot the other day, it is an electric boot thing so think it is powered by the battery under the boot lining. It took me a few mins to get it open, just kept trying and turning car on and off.

Should I be worried? Does the battery in the boot get recharged by the engine like normal battery? Do these electric boots have glitches like this every now and then or do I need to take it into the garage? 22k miles on car.
