F Pace V6 Supercharged - Any think to look out for?

Hi

Currently looking at a 2016 F Pace V6S as a family car. It’s a 2016 car with some nice extras but only has the standard entertainment system.

Any known issues with these and anything to look out for? Also realistic around town mpg? It’s not something that I’m that concerned with as only do 6-7k miles per year but also good to go in with eyes open.
