2014 F type S remap?

Hi guys & gals well I took the plunge and swopped my old trusty Noble M12 for a beautiful white F type and loving it .. but just wondered about a remap or what I can only describe as a box of tricks that sits in the engine compartment and plugs in somewhere and supposedly delivers even better horse power gains .. has anybody on here had one or the other and was you happy with the service, price and power gains ..drivabilaty ect .. thanx

Ok sussed it now it's a German company called RACE CHIP offering a supposedly extra 79 BHP for £500 .. so just wondered if any body has taken the plunge ?

From memory, Viezu and Celtictuning do remaps for Jag 3.0 supercharged engines, suspect Spires would do as well.

Some of the Jag ECU's need to be removed from the car to do upgrades - not sure if that applies to the F-Type. Not a simple plug and play job for all of them.

Superchips is a good site for finding out if it's an ECU out job or not. Pop your car details in and it will show a popup warning if the ECU needs to be removed (you can test it by putting a Jaguar XF 3.0d v6 240ps or 275ps into the search boxes - not the newer one which is 2015 onwards)
