XJ6 Exhaust ipie legnths

Hi I a building a SS100 Replica and at the stage of building the exhaust system. I have fitted an XJ6 3.4 engine, however I would like to have twin exhaust with 3 cylinders each going through 2" pipes. The issue I have is the exhaust pipe will be different lengths, I don't plan to have a balance pipe across the two.


Has anybody think this will cause any issues, should I balance them? I m not worried about performance just want to make sure I sounds ok and that the engine will OK?
