XF Subwoofer PLEASE HELP ME

So I do not have the XF premium pack I have a a 2011 3.0 S Lux and i wanted to fit an aftermarket sub so looked at the wirering diagrams and found mine had harness and socket for the FF Sub so used these cables to feed an aftermarket amp, my problem is these cables although plugged into teh Amp do not seem to have any output.

Is this disabled in the software for the amp as mine never had a sub fitted?

They don't do anything they weren't intended to do out the factory unless you can find someone to re-programme the unit

If your aftermarket amp has speaker level inputs then use those for the signal input. I assume you connected the amp remote cable to turn the amp on and off?
