Does anyone know how I can connect music to my 2007 XJ?

FM transmitters, Parrots etc - there must be a way through the CD changer.

Unsure on costs though.

I've got one of these in my 2005 XJR

http://www.justconnectme.co.uk/justdrive-digital-r...

It adds DAB if you don't already have it and there are options to allow connection of aux in/iPhone or Bluetooth streaming.

The unit works best when wired into the Jaguar aerial socket rather than wirelessly transmitting via FM. Sound quality is excellent and the support I had during installation was top-notch.

Does this replace the head unit? I like to keep things as standard as possible. How does it show on the head unit if no change? Thanks

It doesn't replace the head unit - what you get is a black control box that is wired into the loom for power and into the aerial socket at the back of the touchscreen. A wireless remote lets you control the DAB unit and the selected station name (or 'AUX MODE' if you've selected the iPod input) is displayed within the button icon on the touchscreen. Here's mine tuned to DAB station BBC R4Extra

Thanks very much. Have you got the bluetooth module for Spotify etc that they offer?

I don't have the Bluetooth module, no. For added complication (!) I have a Parrot MKi9200 kit which I use for handsfree calling, Bluetooth streaming from my phone and control of my old iPod.

The output from the Parrot kit goes into the 'line in' on the JustConnect DAB box and from there through the Jaguar head unit.
