Thought I’d have a nosey around the X type I picked up at the weekend. Having a tentative poke around the system using the 1971 code and have unwittingly made my car Korean (or some similar language).

It’s only the CD player and climate controls but I’d like them back. There wasn’t a language option and I wasn’t farting around too much so unsure how it happened.

Bottom line, I’d like it back to normal and would be very grateful if anyone could share a nugget on how to restore. I promise not to meddle again!

Cracking, thank you X Type. I’ll keep that in my pocket for next time as I ended up taking it to Mike Allen for a quote on replacing a front parking sensor and got the mechanic to fix whilst running the diagnostic test smile
