XJ X351... Demist button... Does it feel harder to press?
Discussion
Hi All,
For those of you with X351... Does the 'Demist MAX' button feel like it has a different 'click' to that of the other buttons in the surrounding area (i.e. front screen heater, rear screen heater and close air circulation)?
My MAX Demist button feels a bit harder/firmer to press (more resistance) than the other buttons that just click
Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks
Sunny

I have this with the MENU button below the screen, and thinking about it, I’ve never pressed the defrost button in my ownership (I only got it in may).
I always assumed the buttons just get a bit sticky with lack of use, full of grime and dust etc. And become a bit stiff as a result.
Personally I doubt Jaguar designed the buttons with different feedback, don’t see the point - waiting to be proven wrong, though!

I sorted it with some "Switch Cleaner" from Maplins. Works fine nowI always assumed the buttons just get a bit sticky with lack of use, full of grime and dust etc. And become a bit stiff as a result.
