About to put my XF-S up for sale and i think I'm going to get an XKR 5.0 SC (2012-2014).
Ive done some searches on here, but what, if any things should i be looking out for?

Thanks
Julian

Not really IMHO, just get ones that's been cared for with a FSH.

Supercharger coupler, water pump, expansion tank / coolant level switch all 'issues' my XFR has experienced recently. None of them too costly or anything to worry about just seems to be the weak points.

Not had any problems with mine and I've had two now. I always go for low mileage but I don't think it matter to much with these.

There's a book to help with the purchasing of the XK range. I've sent you a pm regarding this.

Excellent cars, so I would go low miles <10k p.a. As an avg. less the better and look for one that has been well cared for. You'll be able to tell after seeing a few. I would also stump up the cash and buy from a main dealer with the 2 year warranty. Keeps the after sales experience to min hassle, cars will come, serviced (if due with 3 months), 12 months MOT full check etc.

Make sure battery has been replaced within past 5 years, tyres, etc....

Which model are you after Coupe or convertible? Speed pack or just aerodynamic pack? Dynamic Edition or standard XKR?

Enjoy...
