x type diesel judder

Have just had brand new pads and disc fitted to front of my jag, there was a very excessive grind and judder through the pedal now it is much better but still there before would feel vacant now brakes but still little judder do these have abs rings like some other makes or do you think backs are wraped as well. pads good on back thank you lorry7
