Probably a silly question, but what does OTS stand for in relation to Jaguar E Types? Thanks!

It was generally referred to as Open Two Seater for the earlier XK120-150 range, so presumably the same for the XK-E. However, I've also seen it referred to as Open Too Sports.

Eta- beaten to it wink must learn to type more quickly.

With the XK120 they eventually made 2 sorts of convertibles, the original OTS was then followed by the FHC (fixed head coupe) and finally by the other convertible, the DHC (drop head coupe). This three variant line up continued with the XK140. When that was replaced by the XK150 initially only the FHC and DHC were made, but the OTS was added the following year.
Incidently the XK120 was initially known as the Super Sport or sometimes the "Jaguar 2 seater type XK120" which is a bit of a mouthful. I wonder whether they were quietly trying to carry on the SS name. I don't remember seeing Jaguar literature referring to it as the "Open 2 seater" until 1953.
Prior to the XK150 the DHC was intended to be more luxurious than the bare bones OTS. The DHC shared things like the FHCs wind up windows.
