X308 xjr can I use Celtic alloys on it?

Hi Guys,

I have a creamy dark green 4litre with the Celtic alloys and I love the look of it.

However, thinking one day of upgrading to the xjr but I don't like the 18inch wheels. Could I put 17inc Celtics on it and keep the look I like? I guess that new tires would have bigger sidewalls or the rolling radius would be wrong but as it's hard to get the damn size of tyres now is it possible?

Your thoughts would be appreciated!

X308 alloys all have the same size , it is just the tyre profile that changes. Re fitting Celtics , what you have to check is if they will fit over the brake calipers. If an early car and std brakes should be OK , but if fitted with Brembos they may not.
