XKR-S - How many were made?

Hi all,

Would anyone happen to know the above, and even more of a reach how many were exported to the US (where I live).

Just trying to work out the likelihood of them coming up for sale.

My understanding is that 200 were built for the european market .

That's for the 4.2. OP didn't state whether the question was about the 4.2 (either the older steel body X100 or newer alloy X150) or for the later 5.0 cars. The 5.0 cars were not limited in numbers as far as I know and are much easier to come by in the UK certainly than the 4.2.

They should be much easier to come by (compared to the 4.2 I mean). Have you tried www.jaguarforums.com? It's not a US-specific forum but a large number of the members appear to be located over there, not a bad place to look if you're searching for a car.
