700 HP, its seems possible

I think I have hit the 700 HP mark with my XKR today, here are my latest dyno results:

And there is even still some room for more, but for now I will 1st enjoy it before it may breaks ;-)

700hp Is indeed a lot, but most of the fun is in the massive torque (flat line basically), and with my car that has longer gearing (MB 5 speed) I can enjoy fast acceleration without the help of down shifting that the later cars do, as that increases only the chances for wheel spin.
I actually drive most of the time with the gearbox in normal mode, wafting my way higher speeds ;-).

I wonder whether you are better off with the MB 5sp box which is incredibly strong, MB used it on the McLaren car because that was too torquey for their newer box.
