Hi I'm a new Jaguar owner, so haven't had much dealing with the Dealerships. I live in Guildford, so can anyone recommend who they use to service their car?

My current dealer is messing me around with regard to a warranty claim (One month of feet dragging!), so having just lost my patience and temper, I think I won't be going back there again after this is finally resolved.

Not been a fan of HA Fox, so I guess it kinda limits me.

Any good reports from other people?

Racing Green in Ash Vale look after Jaguars, I have had a look round their showroom and they seem to be nice people. I have not heard anything bad about them either.

Not strictly true but may not be worth testing the letter of the law.

So you recon, if my engine goes pop and I make a warrunty claim Jaguar will have no problem with an non-approved independant jaguar service stamp in the book. I think not..........

I know its a bit of a journey from you but if you are serious about your Jaguar (which you are, obviously) there is only one dealer. That is R A Creamers of Kensington. They have been fantastic with my XJR. Ask for Michael Quinn. .............I believe they are still related to Sir William Lyons

Ted's right,
if your car needs a warranty repair the dealer can no longer assume that the servicing of another workshop caused the fault, they have to prove it.
As long as the servicing is up to a high standard, and most importantly they use genuine parts, the dealer is legally obliged to honour a warranty claim.

Interesting guys. If thats the case I'll go to RGC.

Had a bit of a result over my warranty claim, after me throwing a wobbly on the phone, I've been told that I can come in on Thursday and all will be resolved.

I'll see about Kensington, too.
