XK6 Help

I have a 2000 XK8 coupe and the seat motor for forward and back moverment of the drivers electic seat is faulty, wiring and fuses are OK but motor making a grinding noise. For the time being before I remove the seat and get it looked at is there a mechanical way of overcoming the motor and manual moving the seat forward or back by mechanical means and how is it done I cannot see a handle for this can anybody help me to solve the problem for the time being.
