Serpentine belt XJ TDVI

Hi all.
I'm after some advice guys.
Got a really annoying squeak coming from the Sepentine Belt area, Seems to only do it at idle and putting full load on the alternator etc has no effect.
Oddly, when I spray Silicone Lube on the right hand side of the belt the squeak vanishes for a minute or so.... I'm thinking it needs a new belt or Tensioner?
Anyone got any thougts?
