S Type - Indicator / Light Switch issue

Hi

Hoping for some help.

When I put my left indicator on it also turns on my dipped head lights, and then off again, when the indicator re-sets.

I am assuming that the switch has worn and needs replacing.

It has got worse over the last couple of days in that originally it only happened when you 'locked' the indicator on, not if you just pushed to change lane, now it is happening when you just touch it to change lane.

Am I correct in that its the switch?

If so, is the switch in the end of the stork, or is it behind the steering column cover, and is it easy to change?
