'06/07 XK buying advice

After having my trusty old Z4 for 6 years im starting to get the itch to change it.
Whenever this feeling appears i keep finding myself drawn to the XK. Budget will be 11-13k. From what i can see i'll be looking at a higher mileage car, 100k+. I do about 10k-12k miles a year and would be looking to keep the XK for a few years....say about 4-5.
Are there any known faults with the higher mileage cars? What should i look out for? Any words of advice?
