Jag Independent Specialist sought in Southampton – Bournemou

I’m looking into XKR/XK8 ownership (X100) territory and need to think about independent specialist who know what they are doing and don’t cost the earth.

A quick Google has come up with Hollygrove in Ringwood – anyone used them?

Any recommendations out there?

I used Marina Garage in Southborne for an S type I had and they were good.
Also Dorset Sports Cars who look after my Cobra rep do Jag as well.
I have also never had a problem with Westover on new car servicing.

XJ restorations are down your way I believe - proprietor is called Keith Parrington. They cover modern in addition classic Jags and are extremely knowledgable and professional. Often called upon to tackle jobs too involved for others and on several occasions to put right work that's not been done properly at other places.

Well worth a try !

I've used both Westover Poole and also HA Fox Southampton. Both have been very good.

I beleive main dealers offer reduced rate servicing for out-of warranty older cars so as to compete with the indeps. Worth ringing them to ask.
