I understand the service interval is 100k miles

What plugs should I be fitting?

You are right..plug change due at 100,000 miles. Sorry, I don't know what was put in when mine had this done.

OEM is NGK IFR5N. If you buy from Jaguar or NGK you'll get the same plugs.
