Rattle on startup

Are there any thoughts on a rattle when starting and for for up to 4 or 5 minutes after.
Rattles like its on a cycle for 4 or 5 seconds and the silent for 10 seconds and then rattles again.

It does sound Cam Chain like.
The car has had all the chains and tensioners fitted 5 years ago and has done less than 10k miles.

What do you reckon ?

Only the 4.0 n/a car has VVT units. Any start up rattle is potentially fatal and I'd suggest you get the cam covers off ASAP and have a good look at all the cam drive gear.
