I have just picked up myself an XK8 convertable.
Had all the checks and service done and now as happy as larry.

Yes very happy up to now thank you.

Still trying to get information on the jag from real people not Jaguar. IE best oil / Filters. Diagnostic codes and fixes etc. Will take some time but I plan to keep her for a while so.

Is there any info on the codes of the jag like this page on codes for my MX-6

Must say I don't know, I'm new to XK ownership myself.
Got a mint 1999 XKR in March and loving it.

Would be interesting to know if anyone else knew though.
