Cheers from the US. New Radical owner here saying hi. In the background is my Rossion Q1 which you may notice looks quite like the Noble M400.

Nice pair of cars you have there, congrats.

I'm awaiting delivery of my SR3 currently - can't wait!

For the benefit of our friends across the pond, as 2010 Radical Club Champ and 2010 Golden Helmet Winner (Britain's most winningest amateur race car driver) reckon you could squeeze in a few hours of dry as a bone tutoring? whistle

I make that about a 1 in 64 million Golden Opportunity (or 1 in 75 million if we make a reasonable allowance for the 'illegals'?)

Hi Darren,

Read your profile in autosport which sounded great. Are you going to be back on the grid this year or are you going to give us others a chance!!

Andy.

Andy

If you get on the ROC News/Forum, you'd already know and get a lot of useful info that Top Gun Open Book Darren imparts about all sorts of stuff.

Nice one Trev, you trying to become my booking agent lol? (you got the job!)

If you can swing it for me out in Vegas, we rather like the Wynn Encore tied in with a bit of race driving, life would be just about perfect!!

Hi Lambo, actually having a year off Radical's in 2011. I feel I rather did it all to death last year. It took a hell of a lot of effort on my part as I do everything myself, inc car setup & running the car on race weekends, oh & then driving it too..

Trev how could you bring that up.......I've only just finished the last course of therapy!!

If you wanted any tips from a top SR3Rs runner then Colin's your man. Just keep the Irish phrase book handy cause the accent does tend to go broad on you from time to time!

Enjoy Vegas Col, you lucky bugger. Sept seems a long way off still......

Thanks guys You know I discovered a big problem today at the track today...... The Radical ruins your perception of any road going sports car. I went out in the radical for a session and then hoped in the Rossion and it felt like I was driving a bus! I may never be happy in anything but a sports racer again. frown

And that in a nut shell is the problem with driving a Radical on track. Its then very hard to get excited about track driving any regular supercar ever again.......

Life's all about setting individual targets, so here's three internal combustion-engined ones ...........

a) Ultimate Everyday Usable Road Legal Sportscar for use in a 70mph limit country = (User Insert - mine would be a non turbo, non 4wd 911 or a Cayman S) : Achieved? Y/N (Yes in my case)

b) Ultimate Track Car without messing around hiding reg plates and VINs = (User Insert - mine would be a Radical or Bike-Engined Caterham or equivalent) : Achieved? : Y/N (Yes in my case)

c) Ultimate ICE Thrill Experience = (User Insert - mine's below and as 'life on the edge' DSL knows, this is where I believe his current interests will eventually lead) : Achieved? Y/N (No in my case)

Two out of three ain't bad. Well let's put it this way, it's a lot better than none out of three and I reckon that as of yesterday Falb's certainly now at least a 2/3rds achiever. Someone once said (a loser I'd guess) "better to have tried and failed than to have never tried at all." I prefer the outlook of Lauda's "Coming Second is Sxxt"

In the middle of a move, computer speakers boxed up (somewhere!), so I'll watch the vid when I can listen as well as watch; just isn't the same without listening what the engine is upto!

Had a very quick look and thought for a split second, bloody hell he's giving an alien a passenger ride!

Car looks absolutely great: I'm just glad the makers of a certain personal product (hint, the manufacturers were called The London Rubber Company) no longer sponsor sporting stuff empowered by internal combustion engines whistle
