Need a new fuel pump (ZR1100 carbs) and ignition control box, if anyone has either of these spare?

Is the control box an off the shelf Karasaki item or is it made specially?

CDI could be a standard ZZR1100 unit or a Dyna2000 unit which appears on lots of Powertec units.
As for the fuel pump most Mitsubishi pumps from carbed bikes should work.

My Clubsport had a solid state Facet fuel pump before I changed it to fuel injection, therefore any normal motorsport type outlet should be able to supply one (for a normal Clubsport).

ZZR's original fuel pump is 1.6 to 2.3psi

Ianan says 6/7psi, minitici says 1.6/2.3psi?

I've removed the Mitsubishi pump from my carb Clubsport but cannot see any values / model nos on it so still wondering what to buy. Can anyone confirm 6/7?

I expect the pump will be 6 to 7 psi, there should be a regulator which then brings it down to the 2 to 3psi for the carbs.

I have found the one I took off mine when I converted it to fuel injection, not sure if it is any good as it has been hanging around for a while, I also cut the lead of as I needed the connector, but if you want it, PM me your address and I will post it to you (otherwise it will end up in the bin!)

Bike type Mitsubishi pumps are internally regulated - no need for external regulator.

Those filter king type (carb) external regulators are the work of the devil - just another part to go wrong (and they usually do)....
