Does anyone know what size of trailer is needed to get an SR3RS on? This is assuming that those hoops that go on the wheel are used to secure it. I think my trailer will be just abuot long enough, but poss not wide enough.
Thanks
Bert

Have copied this from a previous post I put on >

'As measured from the real thing', here are the actual 'fag paper tight' SR3 RS dimensions >

Maximum Length 4130mm (Big end plates & wing left in usual ready to go position)

Maximum Width 1780mm (Happens to be the flared ends of the side skirts just in front of the rear wheels - i.e. the wing itself is actually slightly narrower at about 1710mm)

Not that I'm feeling sensitive Trev, but hopefully there's no implied connection between my SR3 and the mobility scooter!! biggrin

By the way, the SR3 arrived home safely on the trailer on saturday. If I need to do it on a regular basis, I'll need to invent a better tie down system though.

On the former, definitely not; after the initial first corner foray, you seemed to me to be settling in very nicely yes

On the latter, good to hear and I'll bet you'll be ace at knitting if as and when (if ever) this Dashing Around In Radicals Madness leaves you wink
