Lads,

I have the AVO Single adjustable dampers on my 2010 SR3. What I would like to know is the adjustment rebound only or is it proportional between compression and rebound. If it is the later, is the adjustment in the same direction; i.e it increases/decrease both at the same time.

Thanks for your input.

Regards,

Peter

Hi,

Bump and rebound, set to a fixed ratio. Turning the dial in (clockwise) will increase both.

Double adjustable will have a seperate adjuster for both bump and rebound, meaning you wont have a ratio.

There are 3 and 4 way adjustables too

Peter,

I would confirm with Avo. But usually single adjustable dampers effect rebound and bump, but with a significant bias towards rebound control.....sometimes up to 6-1

FYI....according to AVO, the rebound/compression ration on the AVO single adjustable shocks used on the SR3 is 2 to 1.

Cheers,

Peter

Following on from the original topic, would the panel recommend changing to Intrax dampers, from the original Avo's ?
