Hi Josh,
I had to repack mine for every race (Radical silencer) and was really marginal, usually 108/9db even with the oil temp reasonable. I never got stopped from going out on track or pulled in from the drive-by test though. I think Scotts car has a motorcycle silencer on it, not sure how he got on.
On a wet/raining day, mine usually registered 105 dbs.

Because of all the Nimby problems at Combe they have to be VERY strict on noise, a re pack every time is the best way to avoid a missed quali session
