I have a wobbly rear right wheel bearing. This, combined with a somewhat limp damper, could explain why I seemed to have a bit more trouble powering out of left handers than rights this year. So with the upright off the car, how do I go about changing it? Am i going to need a humphing great press? (It's a clubsport incidentally)

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks for that. Looks like a humphing great press and a lathe required for all those mandrels.

Your local independent garage may do the job for a beer

It might be more than a beer! It's a reasonable job, took my local gge 90 minutes.

Guy local to me did 3 for £30.00 last week using a hydraulic press. Bearings best obtained from your local bearing supplier (I used apollo bearings in Crawley @ £33ea)
