Hi all - I'm in need of the above asap - RHS as seated in the car. Colour not important (but if there's an Oxford blue one!)

Radical can't do one until late next week.

Any assistance much appreciated (having tried usual sources). Mark.

Don't know of one at the mo, but I'll ask around.

Whilst on the subject of Clubsport bits, a mate needs a front end, ideally an early 'ball & socket' back to pods etc one, but that's not essential .................. any colour will do, even one requiring (halfway realistic) repair; please ping me an email if anyone can help; bet some of these blokeys flying round nowadays in ballistic PR6's have got forgotten Clubsport bits stored away.

Cheers Guys.

Mark, there is one attached to my car that you could borrow if you are stuck.

It's at Lanan in Bedford, but it's not going anywhere (as far as I know!).

That means you aren't going to get out for a single race this year, sorry to hear that Bert. Come to Snett this Sunday (750MC) if you want to see me bottling out of some late breaking down the Revett straight...

Watch that spelling Nick .................. you know what a superstitious SOB I am ................. and take along the wets as a quasi insurance policy .............. and Good Luck, likewise Dynamite D (L).

yikes Thank heavens you young 'uns don't remember the now long gone / so darn fast & long Norwich Straight; so close to the main road that you could have waved to cars heading for The Broads if you got bored (glazed eyes and maniacal two hand grip so no one ever waved): Nomex Nappies to supplement the Brave Pills would have been required.

Good point, let's hope I haven't tempted fate. Revett is one place you don't really want anything breaking, in it's current state or the one the old timers amongst us can remember biggrin There was an article on the old Snett circuit in this months 750MC magazine, I thought of you when reading it...

Thanks for the best luck wishes. Darren's promised my a nice cup of tea in his nice shiny new motorhome, something like that anyway wink

Looks like I'll need to pack my Argos gas canister and saucepan again then.

But the good news is 'close enough to dispense with the tent'? Darn good news if that cold east wind off the North Sea starts blowing ......... you know, the one that goes straight through you rather than around you!

thumbup

PS And don't forget the Brasso in case Darren decides to let you polish the silverware.

Well he did say that his motorhome is likely to take up the entire paddock area allocated to Bikesports so he may well need some staff. But I am above that and will now gracefully close this meandering topic by sloping off to bed along with the cold that my daughter has passed onto me making me feel grotty for the race weekend, why do small children have to do that when you have a weekend planned where it would be much better if you were feeling in the prime of life.

Have you seen what I've done there - carefully lined up reason number 82 from the racing drivers book of excuses ready for reporting my results in on Monday.

All the above are rhetorical, no need for any of your replies where I have to fathom out what the latest three letter abbreviation you have used is. biggrin

Hi Mark, not sure how convenient it is for you, but you can borrow mine if you're happy to pick it up & return it (near J3 of M3), cheers Geoff

There's two ways of reading that; let's hope it proves to be a circular discussion ..................
