Electronic box identification

Anyone know what this box is under the LH side pod? First time I've had them off and wondered what is was. Car's a zzr clubsport.

That is the reverse motor control box.

Hi Dunc, could you do me a favour while you've got that sidepod off? Near that silver box, there is a speedo feed which comes from the driver's side front wheel. The wire on mine has sheared off near the 3 way connector, and I don't know which order they should be in. The black feed wire consists of 3 thin wires, blue, brown and black:



They are usually wired to a connector which marries up to this one, which heads off to the dash:

Note the flat edge is to the left.

Basically, in what order should those 3 wires go?

I've got it back on for now but should have it off again in a few weeks so will try to remember to look.

Well, well, Radical emailed me to help re the wiring connections and then mailed me a new 3 pin connector, all free of charge, great service. Thanks to them and Will @ ROC for referring my query onto them, cheers Geoff
