Any idea of the bedding in process for performace friction pads I have a new set no instructions in box, might seem a daft question but different makes of pads different ways. (I imagine Rob will answer this).

They are supposed to be ready to race. That said...

I found you could pretty much get on them straight away. By the time tyres were up to full braking the pads were too.

i used to use them on race bikes, and was given the same advice when i got a set for the car..

make sure the disks are properly cleaned - as the pad material/mating needs to mate to the clean disk - not particles from other pads..

also advised to bed in and build heat slowly for first cycle - 10 laps or so, then let to cool before being ready to use in anger.

You use brakes? wink
