i have received my bag of the new wadding and will put up some pics of the work to install when i do it.

it supposed to resist 700 deg c and not do what the normal stuff does.

we will see!

i'm tired of continually repacking mine with the normal stuff.

i have given them the dimensions of the exhaust silencer and the centre tube! just opened up the packaging and its 2.5m long and 450 wide!

apparently this stuff is used in racing M/C exhaust systems and is calculated in length / weight for a given performance.

we will see

Sounds like you are going to be ace at 'rolling your own' after getting to grips with that little lot!

well i stuffed the can today with the Aciustafill material

it was 2,500mm long..... had to cut off 400 mm in length and 50 mm in the width, but ir went in! i was supprised ;-)

i'll let you know how quiet it is and how it degrades against engine run hours.
