Hrs between oil changes

How many hrs do you guys run between oil changes ?, ive been doing it every 2 trackday, expensive but oils cheaper than metal !

Spot on; if you were doing two Sessions trackdays, that might mean eight hours plus a bit of warming up between changes - not a problem - don't worry about it. IMHO particularly so having watched your very precise and mechanically sympathetic driving style , there's no problem increasing the X racing time rule of thumb to 3 for trackdays.
