Not the same Prosport as you but pictures here show the flat side towards the front, SR4 is the same. http://www.radicalsportscars.com/images/archive/20...

Hope that helps.

thanks for the link NIck

pics show the straight side to the back in the pics though - and the 'swept' side to the front, which is the confirmation i got through from Pete Folwers web site overnight too...

This is interesting as when re-building my front end I forgot which way round the top wishbones went, and it didn't seem to make that much differance either way..? I have also noticed while the system is all free that the steering range of the front upright is quite restricted depending on the angle of the wishbones to the ground? Odd

I also noticed that on one side the pushrod was nearly 1/2" out of alinement between the wishbone and rocking arm and had to forced over to fit, also the rear lower wishbone's don't look like they will fit without some major rework? with the front facing bush located, the rear facing bush will no go into the chassis as it's about 5mm too far towards the back of the car - very poor build quality and origional tolerance control!

Hi Scott..

i definately think you'd know by the feel of the car if they are in the wrong way around - believe me my car felt horrible.. and had i been testing it prior to doing the deal i certainly woudl not have bought it !! worst handling car i've ever sat in..

to say i am disappointed with the supposed 'race set up' done by radical prior to collection is an understatement... the list of other more minor 'errors' extends to other areas too..

You've forgotten more than I will ever know, but I was thinking exactly the same thing. If it has been bent that much (and perhaps even more than as presently visible, having been 'mended' sort of) might it be cracked/likely to stress fail totally? irked

Put the two wishbones on top of each other, are they the same?

Yes:- do both fit on the other side ok? if no you might have the wrong ones, SR4 or SR3 perhaps. If yes, you need to look at the upright and the chassis mounts on the suspect side

No:- one is bent or the wrong part
