Clubsport Hyabusa Installation
Discussion
I am interested in replacing the (standard) ZZR 1100 in my Clubsport
with a 1300 Hyabusa, sealed by Powertec to be eligible for the
Radical Clubmans Cup - Prosport class.
I have upgraded virtually all components to Prosport spec eg: rear wing,
high downforce front, Prosport uprights and upper wishbones, 10" and 8"
centre lock wheels, Koni double adjustable shocks, adjustable push rods
on front Nik link etc.etc. Brakes to be upgraded next.
Could anyone on here outline the changes required to ignition, fuel
system, mounting points etc. to fit the Hyabusa? and any other problems
I might incur?
Also - do you guys run these with dry or wet sump?
Thanks
Tim

Thanks Rob - I didn't think it was going to be easy.
I would need to use standard Radical parts ie: ECU etc. and I presume that Radical
would be able to supply the wiring loom, exhaust manifolds etc.
(might need to take out a mortgage to fund it though!)
Nick - yes had a great weekend at Snetterton and now persuaded
to get out and race. My current engine is a standard non-Powertech
ZZR 1100 which, as far as I can tell would need to go to Powertech
to be sealed. I also have a low mileage ZZR 1200 although I don't
think that would meet any of the class regs. Somebody here might
be able to help on that?
