Clubsport 4 Sale?

I am thinking about selling my 1100 Clubsport? Bought it 2 years ago with the intention of some trackdays, then maybe start racing, and it just hasn't happened! Too busy with work, family, etc.... So it has sat in the garage with literally a handful of outings. Daft really, because pound for pound it really is the best fun you can ever have on a trackday.
