I have a one-off Avo damper, brand new, which I bought as a spare thinking it was for a Clubsport, but it isn't frown

Details as follows
Colour: Black with "Avo" sticker with red oval border
Open length: 12.125" (308mm)
Closed length: 9.75" (248mm) with bump rubber fitted
Adjustment: Singly adjustable - 24 clicks on knurled knob
Ends: 1/2" bore sleeve in purple poly bushes
Top Collar: Bright finish, machined all over
Markings:
Rad1
120
085

Does any one know which model its intended for?

Does anyone want it? - Yours for a song!

Happy Christmas xmas

I think i know that damper i sold it to you, i can assure you that it is off a clubsport, maybe you have the older shocks with the longer springs fitted, maybe Mark might have it of you for a spare.

Hi J-P
The reason I thought the damper wasn't for a Clubsport was that it has 1/2" ends rather than 3/8" which mine has - maybe the later models used bushes to take up the difference in diameter?
Also, the damper in question is much shorter than mine. Fully extended, its only about 1/2" longer than installed length of the dampers on my car, meaning it would only have about 1/2" of droop, which doesn't seem enough. I know from reading various topics on the US Clubsport/Prosport forum that they tend to go for limited droop on their cars. Anyone know what the reasoning is?
