Brake lights don't work. Put a meter across confirming I have 12v at the one side. Upon pressing the brake pedal down hard I get a momentary spike of upto 6v at the other terminal before falling away down to 1 or 2v. So I'm guessing the switch is faulty, any ideas as to if they are a generic part or Radical specific?

If its an inline brake switch then somewhere like Merlin Motorsport will be able to help.

I think that is what was fitted to the CS "back in the day" I think DSL has a PR06 which is most likely a inline presure switch

Defo an inline pressure switch fitted!

I take it that if I remove the faulty one from the brake line to replace it, it will take in air & then require a full bleed through of both rear calipers?

Whar brake fluid do you guys use?

Best practice is to bleed the brakes through just in case. As for fluid I use AP551, however it might be worth a quick call to Radical to see what they use just incase they've filled it with SRF or something which won't mix with ordaniary glyco fluids i.e. DOT3,4,5.1
